Infidelity 2.0
Done. While I’ll try to fit in time to post up stuff over the month of December, this would probably be the last shoot/project of this year. Given the fact that I’ll be pretty busy with work and preparing for a couple of music gigs. I haven’t had the time to actually name this piece either. I always thought that titles are for people with ideas. Oh wait, i'll name it Infidelity. Following an earlier theme i'd done.

Unmasked
Cassandra Cain as Batgirl. Truth be told; when i started doodling in my sketchbook, I’d not given a thought as to what this piece would be. I had an idea to turn her into Batgirl only after adding a drape or cape. That and the fact that i was reading Batgirl Year One. :)
Kunoichi
Thought I’d practice and have a little bit of fun. Figuring out different lighting schemes and poses.
Yokai
From what was supposed to be a lazy doodle is turning into a nightmare to complete. I guess i’ll blame it on my lack of foresight. I don’t have a clue as to what a Samurai armour really looks like. I hadn’t planned. It was hard enough doing a background for these characters. This is going to be painfully slow.

Wasn't feeling the illustration. Ended up changing it a whole lot.

Watercolor time!
I’m starting to fall in love with watercolors all over again. It’s messy and it does take some time to dry. But the way watercolors reveal characteristics all of it’s own tickle me pink. After scanning this, i made a little adjustments to the levels of contrast to bring out the colors a little more and that’s it. Looks like i’ll dabble in this medium a lot more in the future.
My Fairy Will Eat You
Someone mentioned the word ‘Fairy’ at the dinner table and i immediately went about and did these two doodles right after. These could do well as character designs in the future.
Stormbringer Sketch
Another one from my sketchbook. I feel good about this one, although i do admit the proportion is all over the place. But what the heck, the more i practice, the better i’ll be right? I might finish this digitally when i have the time. Sometimes i make these kind of promises to myself…

Was having a meal when a friend of mine requested that i do a quick sketch of a Scout Trooper for him.
